Release 0.3.3

Minor release warranted:

 - UI changes
   * Zonage startup warning messages fixed.

 - Functionality changes
   * saving session data is really convenient for the end user :)
      Session files are saved to ~/.arpage/arpN.xml (where N is 1 thru 4).
      No patch saving within the UI for the moment. Soon.

   * Note length problem was a significant foobar - this fixes it.

   * The initial patch change msg is handled differently - it is queued until
     we start the transport rolling. This allows a newly opened session to
     actually switch to the correct patch.

 - Extras:
   * Demo mp3s and session xml files available on sourceforce:

        http://sourceforge.net/projects/arpage/

   * Copy the xml files to ~/.arpage to recreate the demo settings.
   * Demos were made using WhySynth DSSI plugin w/ ghostess jack-dssi host.

Release 0.3
 - UI changes
   * Should be down to Netbook size now.
   * Tooltips
   * "LED" indicators for arpeggiator status

 - Functionality changes
   * Added "tapout" mode to latching - a noteon event
     for a note already latched into the pattern will
     remove that note from the latched pattern.
   * Much better control of "drift" away from JACK
     tempo.
   * Notes held when a pattern is unlatched will
     continue to play.
   * Generally works better than 0.2 :)
