  * User sched_yield() instead of sleeping 20ms on glibc-based systems,
    thanks to Samuel Thibault for the patch and Svante Signell for testing

  * Revert the change of -7 in favour to disable the offending optimization, as
    the this might also subtly break on other sides. Refer to #813858 for
    details.
  * Ensure that custom compiler and linker flags are not overwritten
    (patch 0014_dont_overwrite_cflags_cppflags_ldflags.patch)
